The LTTA advises Leaside Towers residents to contact Morguard first to identify and resolve issues related to their tenancy agreement and property management.
The regulation of apartment buildings is largely a municipal responsibility. The City of Toronto provides educational resources and opportunities to report building issues, if required.
The regulation of elevator safety is a provincial responsibility. Broken elevators can be reported to the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA), if required.
