Morguard provides 24-hour security services for Leaside Towers.
Please contact security if you see or hear anything suspicious on the property, including in the parking garage or outside on the grounds.

Noise Complaints
> If you witness playing or partying in common areas like hallways, call the security guard.
> After 10 pm, if you are being disturbed by a loud neighbour, call the security guard.
> After 10 pm, if you are disturbed by talking outside of the lobby, call the security guard.
Security does not share your name or suite number with the person you complained about.
Call 911 first in an emergency if Toronto Police, Paramedics, or Fire Services are required.

Maintenance requests can be made for repairs to your suite; repairs to common areas like hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, and parking garages; and for landscaping, lighting, and garbage issues outside.
How to Submit Work Orders:
> Submit work order online through Rent Cafe, or by submitting a paper maintenance form to the managment office.
Pest control treatments are scheduled weekly.
Please ask management how you can prepare your apartment for treatment.
