Maintenance requests can be made for repairs to your suite; repairs to common areas like hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, and parking garages; and for landscaping, lighting, and garbage issues outside.
Rent Cafe app – Residents can make maintenance requests and rent payments online.
Sparkle Solutions Laundry Room – Residents can load their laundry card and report broken washing machines and dryers online.

Building Security Services
Morguard provides 24-hour security services for Leaside Towers.
Please contact security if you see or hear anything suspicious on the property, including in the parking garage or outside on the grounds.
You can also contact security after 10 pm if the enjoyment of your home is being disturbed by a noisy neighbour living near your suite, or residents talking too loudly outside of the building. Security does not share your name or suite number with the person(s) you complained about.
