Thank you for considering Leaside Towers Tenants Association (LTTA) membership!

With your continued support and participation, we have successfully advocated for improvements on behalf of all Leaside Towers residents since 1987!

The annual fee is $10 per apartment unit starting on January 1, 2023.

The LTTA is organized and operated entirely by volunteers who are residents. Nobody is paid.

Your financial contribution supports:

Hosting residents’ meetings and events.
Website and social media presence.
Expenses incurred in the course of representing residents.

The LTTA’s achievements, accomplished with resident and management participation, include:

Creating the LTTA Reading Room.
Opening the Dog Run.
Installation of traffic mirrors in the garage.

Volunteer Opportunities
LTTA members who volunteer are the cornerstone of all our initiatives.

We welcome all members to volunteer. You will be able to make new friends and put your expertise to good use. There are many opportunities to help out. Maybe there is something that you want to initiate. Whether you have a talent to share or have time to help with something for just an hour a week, your help and expertise will be put to good use!
