The Leaside Towers Tenants Association of Thorncliffe Park (LTTA) is an independent organization that is operated entirely by volunteers who are residents of 85 and 95 Thorncliffe Park Drive.
We are a member of the Federation of Metro Tenants’ Associations (FMTA).
The LTTA is not operated or supervised by Morguard. Volunteers, including members of the LTTA Steering Committee, do not receive any financial compensation or in-kind benefits.
Our goal is to advocate for improvements to 85 and 95 Thorncliffe Park Drive for the enjoyment of our Leaside Towers community in Thorncliffe Park.
We want to hear your ideas and suggestions for making Leaside Towers a great place to live, including feedback on property standards within your apartment unit; common areas such as hallways, elevators, and laundry rooms; and landscaping, lighting, and safety on the grounds.
The LTTA meets throughout the year in the Rec Centre’s Party Room to provide all residents with an opportunity to voice their questions, concerns, and ideas.
Guest speakers have included:
- Elected Representatives, such as City Councillors, MPPs, and MPs.
- Toronto Police Service.
- Local Community Groups.
Meeting minutes are posted following the meeting.
We invite you to join our membership and help us make Leaside Towers a great place to live.
We always welcome new LTTA members because Together We Are Stronger.
