Among many services, East York Meals on Wheels’ Diner’s Club is a dining service providing an opportunity for clients to enjoy a meal in the company of others at a variety of different locations each month.

Diner’s Club

East York Meals on Wheels provides free door-to-door escort and transportation, so you never have to worry about getting to lunch on your own!

Clients are able to choose from several luncheons each month, all hosted at local restaurants scattered throughout the East York area. You will get to enjoy a delicious meal, along with entertainment, given that it is provided at the location (e.g. a movie, games, arts and crafts, and special presentations).

Lunch is $14.50 per meal. Diner’s Club members are billed at the end of each month. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit, debit card, or e-transfer. The ride is free!

All services offer much-needed social support for East York’s seniors and residents with health challenges.

East York Meals on Wheels is a registered charity, funded by client fees, donations, memberships, bequests, grants, the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network, as well as by the City of Toronto.

East York Meals on Wheels is a member of Imagine Canada, the Ontario Community Support Association, and the Volunteer Center of Toronto.
